Season 3 has centered on Yasmin, played by Marisa Abela. While her privileged family life comes with nightmarish strings attached, she always manages to look chic. The colorway of her Evarae wrap dress is sold out, but the brand has the same style in on-trend butter yellow that we love. Wear it as a dress, or loose around a swimsuit.

Sure, Industry is full of covetable suits and slinky dresses. But Season 3 is already bringing back the one item we walked away needing from Season 2: a fluffy five star hotel bathrobe. This cotton velour bathrobe from iconic luxury bedding company Frette is plush enough to let us pretend we’re contemplating eco-friendly investments for the family fund, or that we spent lockdown eating room service in a four star hotel à la Harper.

All credit to Harper for rocking the best pixie cut since Rosemary’s Baby era Mia Farrow. We love the demure fits she’s been wearing to her new gig assisting a girl boss. Buck Mason’s crew neck sweaters are our favorite picks for office wear this demure fall.

While the girls have been turning looks and making big moves in Season 3, the boys have been…struggling. Kit Harrington’s Henry Muck spent the first couple episodes in hilariously on the nose corporate merch for his green energy start up (green energy….green merch…get it??). While we’ll pass on Lumi swag, we love the baseball style silhouette of his shirt. Jungmaven makes some of our favorite tees, and their green baseball shirt is perfect for cosplaying as Finance Jon Snow.

Wunderkind Harper (played by Industry breakout star and A24 darling Myha’la) knows how to play the game. To fit in with the guys on the floor, she usually opts for subdued colors and masculine button downs. Even when she’s going rogue, she dresses in a way that signals that she means business. For those of us who don’t have the disposable income of a finance power dresser, Quince’s silk shirts are a godsend.

While she may not have the enviable luxury bag collection of trust funder Yasmin (Marisa Abela), Harper picked up some killer accessories in Season 2. The Michael Kors crossbody she rocks for most of the season is perfect for stashing your airpods, anxiety meds, and corporate expense card.

Harper’s mercurial mentor Eric (Ken Leung) is usually in your standard slick finance bro uniform (crisp shirt, tailored suit), but the most meme-d look from the show was his bright purple Pierpoint corporate hoodie. Save this link – HBO’s marketing team clearly caught on, and will be selling Pierpoint merch to promote the new season.

The best glow up of Season 2 belonged to Yasmin, who shed her scrub of a boyfriend and left the chaotic trading floor for the more tony climes of private wealth management. As she gained confidence and stopped trying to fit in, her glam wardrobe became unabashedly femme – a seductive tool in her arsenal as she courted wealthy clients. We love this caramel version of the silky emerald Gaala blouse she wore twice in Season 2.

Yasmin’s fashion evolution can largely be credited to her seductive, potentially dangerous new mentor, Celeste (Katrine De Candole). While the rest of Pierpoint practices stealth wealth, Celeste wears a parade of colorful designer dresses and button downs, unafraid of being out of step with the corporate culture. While most of her wardrobe is… let’s say aspirationally priced, we managed to track down one of her best looks currently on mega sale (and listed on The Real Real), a semi-sheer maxi dress from Self Portrait.

The hottest part of Season 1 was undeniably Yasmin’s will-they-won’t-they battle of seduction with Robert (Harry Lawtey), a sweet but self-destructive striver. Desperate to fit in in his new high class surroundings, Robert went from being ridiculed for his black suit in the pilot (“you look like an undertaker”) to successfully passing in Season Two. According to the Season Two costume designer, an Hermès tie is the essential status symbol for those in the know. We don’t think Robert would be able to resist splashing out on this tie emblazoned with a signature Hermès H to flex his new money.
